TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARENDAMIR ACCOMMODATION SERVICES
By using the Services of ARENDAMIR, you agree to be bound by and to respect these terms and conditions. All questions related to the terms and conditions will need to be addresses to: RHL, 15 RUE GERARD MONOD ,06400 Cannes (France)
WHO WE ARE
"We", "us" and "our" in Our Agreement means RHL, which is a trading name of SARL RHL, RCS 497 540 856 Cannes registered at 15 Rue Gerard Monod, 06400 Cannes.
Our Agreement with you is designed to protect your interests; it means you'll always get a fair deal when you book your accommodation with ARENDAMIR, so we advise you read each point carefully as all staff and Directors of ARENDAMIR follow the guidelines of the following terms.
1. Your booking
You can book the accommodation advertised by ARENDAMIR if it is still available. The accommodation is reserved for you once you have: * paid a deposit of 30% or 50% of the rental price.The deposit price is stated on the confirmation booking form. * returned a signed copy of the Confirmed Booking Form and * accepted this Agreement. Until the deposit is received by us the booking is not definite. Your Confirmed Booking Form provides the basis of your reservation. If any detail on the Confirmed Booking Form is not correct, tell us immediately. If you book for a group then you accept the terms of this Agreement on behalf of the group. If you are booking for a group, you are representing that each group member accepts that they are bound by this Agreement.
2. VILLA AND HOUSE RENTALS
The booking conditions of the rental are the same as above, however there are additional cost which are incurred on your departure which will be taken from the caution payment, Water, Heating, Gaz, charged are not included in any part of the rental price, and are additional cost. The rental price excludes full insurance by AXA Travel group for any persons resident in the Villa or House during the rental period stated on the booking form. Please ask ARENDAMIR for additional information if insurance is required.Pets will only be allowed if written confirmation is delivered by ARENDAMIR prior to the arrival, without this authorization the animals will not be allowed access
3. YOUR ACCOMODATION PRICE
The price quoted on the confirmed booking form is guaranteed, unless you change your booking or make additional requests. Check this carefully.
4. PAYING FOR YOUR ACCOMODATION
You pay 30% or 50% by way of deposit as is stated on the Confirmed Booking Form when you book. All balances are due no later than 3 weeks prior to arrival. If payment is not made by the due date, a reminder will be sent thereafter. However, should further reminders become necessary an amount of 25 euros will be added to your account on each occasion. If you choose to settle your account with a credit card, please note there is a charge of up to 4.95% in addition to the balance outstanding.
If the balance of your accommodation is not settled outside 14 days of your arrival date, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled and to charge you a cancellation charge of up to 100% of the total cost of the booking. Any booking made within 3 weeks of the start of the rental period is payable in full immediately.
5. SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit will forwarded with the balance payment, in case of damage in the apartment, lost keys or outstanding payment. This amount is 25% of the reservation, unless stated otherwise by ARENDAMIR.; this will be returned to you within 14 days of departure if all items checked are to a closure.
6. YOUR ACCOMMODATION
THE PREMISES ARE TO BE USED FOR RESIDENTIAL PURPOSES ONLY AND THE RENTAL IS ONLY AGREED FOR THE PURPOSES OF TEMPORARY AND HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION. THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT CONDITION WITHOUT WHICH THE RENTAL WILL NOT BE AGREED TO. The accommodation we arrange for you must only be used by those people named. You are not allowed to share the accommodation or let anyone else stay there. Fittings and furnishings should only suffer depreciation from the normal use for which they are designed. Those which are missing or out of order for reasons other than normal wear and tear must be paid for or replaced by you with our consent.
7. BREACH OF CONTRACT
ARENDAMIR will honour each Rental of Property or Building for residential or Corporate Use and provide the full service that was agreed, ARENDAMIR. will not accept any unlawful acts of any client who contacts the Owners/proprietors of the Products used or rented by ARENDAMIR, without consulting with ARENDAMIR and having written confirmation prior. Any proof of this act will result in breach of contract and may result in cancellation of any agreements that are in place.
8. RECEIPT OF PAYMENTS
On all rentals with www.arendamir.com a profomer invoice will be produced to the client, the terms and conditions state that on receipt of monies arriving on the bank account of www.arendamir.com each party has agreed to the terms and conditions set out on the ARENDAMIR www.arendamir.com
9. KEYS
You can request the number of keys you require on the Confirmed Booking Form which we will refer to when preparing for your arrival. This same number of keys must be returned to us on departure or we will charge up to 250 euros for a lost set of keys in order to have new locks installed and new sets of keys cut.
11. ARRIVAL
We require up to date arrival information and you will be requested to complete an information arrival form within 3 weeks of your arrival date to ensure your check-in runs smoothly. Please inform ARENDAMIRif you have any changes to your arrival.
14. CLEANING
Apartments are cleaned for your arrival but not during your stay unless requested on the Confirmed Booking Form and pre-paid for, the departure cleaning is obligatory and also stated on the confirmation booking form. 15. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
We take no responsibility for personal belongings left in our accommodation. Any items returned to their owner upon the owner's request will result in a charge of 30.00 Euro plus postage.
16. IF WE CHANGE YOUR ACCOMODATION
We will provide your accommodation as booked unless there are unforeseen circumstances, such as urgent repairs to an apartment, which are beyond our control. If this is the case we will let you know as soon as we can, if there is time before your departure and we undertake to accommodate you in a property of the same or higher quality. Any costs resulting from an upgrade will be paid for by ARENDAMIR.
17. INSURANCE
We advise all our clients to obtain the correct travel insurance, either using an E111 form for clients from the UK or equivalent.
18. IF YOU CANCEL YOUR ACCOMODATION
If you want to cancel your booking or part of it, please write to us. The person who made the booking must sign the letter. To cover the cost of processing your cancellation and to compensate us for the risk that we may not be able to resell the accommodation, we make a cancellation charge on the scale shown below. The person who made the booking is responsible for paying this charge. The size of the charge depends on when we receive your letter - the more notice you give, the less we will charge. Cancellation charges These charges are based on how many days before your booked departure we receive your cancellation. * When the number of days is more than 21: the amount you must pay is the amount of the deposit. * When the number of days is less than 21: the amount you must pay is the total cost of the accommodation.
19. DURING YOUR STAY
During your stay we advise you make your self aware of the emergency telephone numbers and the office hours of ARENDAMIR which you may need if you find yourself in a position of distress or emergency.
All the ARENDAMIR team provide the information and service to help you during your stay, we are here for you 24/7 hour service Company which means that out of office hours our team maybe not available to offer you services out of these times.
The agreement above is cleared by French Law and must be adhered to at all times, if there is something of the above contents that you are not satisfied with then please inform us prior your payment of deposit.
B. GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions govern the use of the ARENDAMIR Services.
Before you fill in the booking form you must read these terms and conditions carefully.

If you book for a group then you accept the terms of this Agreement on behalf of the group. If you are booking for a group, you are representing that each group member accepts that they are bound by this Agreement.
ARTICLE 1 : DEFINITION
The Company: this means ARENDAMIR The Client: this means the tenant of the rented premises rented from the Company. The Parties: this means ARENDAMIR and the Client The Contract: this means the agreement between the company and the client under the terms and conditions of the contract.
ARTICLE 2 : PURPOSE
The purpose of these terms and conditions is to define the provisions applicable to the use of the services provided by The Company.
ARTICLE 3 : COSTS
The parties agree that the rental amount will include (water, electricity, taxes, etc) with the exception of V.A.T., any additional services agreed between the parties and repairing or replacing expenses, except for renting houses.
ARTICLE 4 : USE
Under no circumstances the client is allowed to lend, sub-lease or sell the rented unit, partially or totally, to a third party even without charge.
ARTICLE 5 : MAINTENANCE – WORKS – REPAIRS
The client will accept the premises that he has rented, as per its description on the contract or on the company website at the following address: " www.arendamir.com"
He will have to maintain them, during all the duration of the rent, and return them, at the end of lease, in good condition of renting repairs and of maintenance falling to him, notably because of the damages arisen his fact or because of the persons to his service.
The client is not allowed to make any hole in the wall, nor works or carry out on the rented premises. Any furnishing moved from its original place will need to be placed back as found when entering the premises.
In case of a breakdown in one of the equipment, i.e. boiler, oven, etc, and needing repair, the client will have to inform the company straightaway so a A qualified technician called out by the Company can carry out the work.
If the Client calls out a technician without prior notification to the company, the payment will not be settled by the company.
ARTICLE 6 : OBLIGATIONS OF THE COMPANY
The company will have the premises ready and as per its description and respect the obligations from the Contract.
ARTICLE 7 : INSURANCE
The client will need to inform immediately the company of all damages caused in the rented premises.
ARTICLE 8 : SECURITY DEPOSIT
25% of the rented sum, excluding VAT, will need to be paid the latest the day of the arrival in the premises as a security deposit.
The security deposit is paid to cover for any damage caused to the rented premises, its furnishing & décor as well as any extra services not included in the rental price.
An inventory can be carried out and handed to the client on his demand on the day of the entrance to the rented premises.
In this case, the inventory will need to be signed by the client and a copy handed back to the company.
The security deposit will be refunded to the client after his departure and within a period not exceeding two months providing the client has passed on his bank details to the company. To make the refund an email is required to welcome@arendamir.com
Deduction will be made from the deposit for any breakages, additional cleaning and any additional charges that occurred during the rental period.
If the security deposit will not cover for the cost of the repairs, charges, etc, the client is obliged to pay within two months of receipt of the invoice.

Once first payment is received this confirms that you are in full agreement of the above terms and conditions. |
