What happens if I must cancel my reservation?

If you must cancel your reservation, or any portion of your rental period, your Security Deposit is non-refundable UNLESS THE PROPERTY IS RE-RENTED for the same time period.

Occasionally. Only if the property was not just previously occupied, and only under special circumstances. Ask the rental manager. We will do our best to accommodate you.

Yes, individual photos are not available, but you can view most of the property on our web site.

When will my security deposit be returned?

As soon as possible after you leave, and the property is checked for damage; however, within a maximum of 90 days.

Is maid service available?

Yes, for an extra fee. Arrangements should be made in advance.

What do I do with trash?

Deposit in trash container provided and set curbside for Monday and Thursday early morning pickup.

Do I have to wash the dishes when I leave?

Yes, please.

Do I have to clean the house when I leave?

Excessive cleaning to remove debris, food, stains on furniture or carpet, is not included and may be deducted from your security deposit.

What chores should I do when departing the house?

The owners have sought to offer you a clean and well maintained property. Please leave the home and furnishings in an orderly condition.

How can I receive mail?

Arendamir Office will receive general delivery for you, or you may rent a post office box at the Poste.

Is there shopping advice and directions for laundry ironing?

Yes! We will give you advice on best services and facilities. With our staff it is a delight!

Are bicycles available?

Bicycles may also be rented by the day/week/month.

How can I rent a baby crib, printer, fax, additional tv?

There are rental companies on the which rent all kinds of equipment, including baby cribs.

How many people can occupy each rental?

The number of people that the rental will sleep is listed as capacity. You might be able to bring an additional infant. Extra people charge is negotiated.

How do I get keys if I arrive late?

If you arrive after business hours, AND your total rentals are PAID in advance, the keys and a personal packet of local literature will be waiting for you with one of our staff.

What is the rental telephone number?

The rental phone number is provided on the deposit receipt and confirmation form.

What does "beach across street" mean?

There is a street in front of the rental property, and often a house across the street, which directly faces the sand.

Where is the beach?

All of our vacation rentals are near the beach - "A short walk" means about 10 minutes. "2 blocks" means a walk of about 5 minutes.

Is there a pet charge?

There is a 150 euros NON-REFUNDABLE pet charge.

Can I bring my pet?

Very few properties allow pets.

Is the furniture 'beach proof'?

No! Please do not sit on furniture in wet bathing suits or bring sand into the house.

What about beach towels?

Beach towels are NOT furnished. Please bring your own or purchase here.

Must I bring linens?

All bed and bath linens are supplied.

Is the house air conditioned?

YES! But to properly function when in use, please close ALL windows and doors.

Do I pay extra for utilities?

No. Utilities, wifi and cable TV are included in rent.

I'm arriving late at night! How can I pay my rent in advance?

The best and least expensive method is to wire 100% with an international express delivery service. We'll give you exact instructions.

Do you accept credit cards?

No. This is just one more way we can keep the rental rates lower.

Is there any tax?

Yes. There is a 19.7% Tax, which is added to rent unless your stay is MORE than 6 months.

How do I pay my vacation rent?

Total rents must be paid in full upon arrival. You may pay with via wire transfer, official bank checks or cash.

When is the rent due?

Rent must be paid in full prior to occupancy, one month before arrival or otherwise upon Arendamir agreement.

What happens next?

After we receive your deposit, you will be a sent a deposit receipt, confirmation, and rental agreement to sign and return.

How much is the deposit?

The deposit is 30% - 50% depending upon on arrival time and reservation date.
